Köse Kadayıf

We love every stage of production. Thus we produce not only desserts, but also some of the ingredients in our own kitchen.

  The unique delicacy of Köse Kadayıf is the result of this. The Kadayıfs we have prepared with our special recipe are formed finely, come together with clarified butter and Antep pistachio. After having been baked carefully, they are sweetened with syrup.
