Its sugar ratio is less and the slices are smaller than other baklavas. In this way, it is lighter while eating. People cannot get enough of this delicious baklava just like other things of Adana…
Some people prefer Adana Baklava as a hospitality treat, and some others as a souvenir. Some people reserve a place for it on their special days and celebrations; some make it a partner during joyous conversations.
Having been consumed with joy for more than 30 years, this delicacy has been identified with Adana and became one of the delicacies of Adana which inspire other people.
